Keough won her first match on Saturday 9-2, but defaulted her final two matches, finishing in eighth place. This made Keough finish her freshman season with a record of 25-11.

Peyton Chanley and Ashlynn Foraker played as a doubles team on Friday. They were defeated by Andover Central 6-1, 6-1. They also lost in the consolation play against Maize South, the overall score being 9-4. Chanley said, “Playing against girls who are very good always makes you better. I know what to work on during the off-season and I am ready to come back next year better than before,”

As a team, EHS finished in a tie for 12th place with seven points overall.
