As we begin the 2022-2023 school year, we are excited to introduce our new online news website. Throughout the year, it is our hope that this will be a site that you can depend on for reliable and up-to-date information about all things EHS.

We have a long tradition of journalism at EHS, with a yearbook that has been printed yearly since 1911 and a newspaper that began in 1907. As times change, so do the ways that we share information, and we are proud to have this new site for the Emporia community.

Working with students in the Digital Media pathway we will produce stories, video content, and photo galleries. This content will cover many different aspects of being a student at EHS, including sports, clubs/activities, life outside of school, and much more.

We hope that this site becomes a resource for all of the Emporia community to use. Our editorial staff appreciates your support and viewership of this site.
